Being that Biblical history has been replete with the record of Hebrew patriarchs having multiple concubines . . .
Genesis 25:6 But to the sons of his concubines Abraham gave gifts, and while he was still living he sent them away from his son Isaac, eastward to the east country.
Genesis 30:1 When Rachel saw that she bore Jacob no children, she envied her sister; and she said to Jacob, "Give me children, or I shall die!"
2 Jacob's anger was kindled against Rachel, and he said, "Am I in the place of God, who has withheld from you the fruit of the womb?"

9 When Leah saw that she had ceased bearing children, she took her maid Zilpah and gave her to Jacob as a wife.
10 Then Leah's maid Zilpah bore Jacob a son.
11 And Leah said, "Good fortune!" so she called his name Gad.
12 Leah's maid Zilpah bore Jacob a second son.
13 And Leah said, "Happy am I! For the women will call me happy"; so she called his name Asher.
14 In the days of wheat harvest Reuben went and found mandrakes in the field, and brought them to his mother Leah. Then Rachel said to Leah, "Please give me some of your son's mandrakes."
15 But she said to her, "Is it a small matter that you have taken away my husband? Would you take away my son's mandrakes also?" Rachel said, "Then he may lie with you tonight for your son's mandrakes."
16 When Jacob came from the field in the evening, Leah went out to meet him, and said, "You must come in to me; for I have hired you with my son's mandrakes." So he lay with her that night.
17 And God responded to Leah, and she conceived and bore Jacob a fifth son.
18 Leah said, "God has given me my hire because I gave my maid to my husband"; so she called his name Issachar.
19 And Leah conceived again, and she bore Jacob a sixth son.
20 Then Leah said, "God has endowed me with a good dowry; now my husband will honor me, because I have borne him six sons"; so she called his name Zebulun.
21 Afterwards she bore a daughter, and called her name Dinah.
22 Then God remembered Rachel, and God responded to her and opened her womb.
23 She conceived and bore a son, and said, "God has taken away my reproach";
24 and she called his name Joseph, saying, "May the LORD add to me another son!"
25 When Rachel had borne Joseph, Jacob said to Laban, "Send me away, that I may go to my own home and country.
26 Give me my wives and my children for whom I have served you, and let me go; for you know the service which I have given you."
27 But Laban said to him, "If you will allow me to say so, I have learned by divination [ "divination?" ] that the LORD has blessed me because of you;
[ Note that the entire Jacobic/Israeli tribal structure, even yet mentioned by the twelve tribal names in the future-prophecies-book of Revelation (chapter 7), was and is built upon one-man-with-four-woman God-allowed-and-never-rebuked polygamy, which Hebrew-religion marital relationships were all simultaneously ongoing ].

. . . and because of the plethora of magazine pics and videos porn and masseuse/escort prostitutes readily available (particularly here across America now in the early 21st century), especially on Backpage and Friendfinder internet and advertised on TV and in phone books and metro tabloids . . .
. . . and because many women have recurrent and sometimes extended diverse handicaps, maladies, sickness, disabilities, monthly menstrual prohibitions, increasing disinterest in doing sex and/or certain types of sexual behavior such as performing fellatio, frustrated with the previous-masturbation-exacerbated erectile-dysfunction limpid-and-flaccid impotence of particularly older men . . .

. . . and because of adversarial and malicious chauvinism and the non-cooperative spirit of rebellious and defiant feminist sexism of capriciously-frigid sadistic girls and women tyrannizing with rampant imposition of out-of-place, non-restricted, and sexually-harassing non-solicited female-human mopheadedness and naked-armed sleeveslessness and nude-legged slackslessness and exposing parts of bare female feet with soxless flipflops and sandals (especially during warmer weather) in practically every place males go to . . .
. . . and because the national situation has become so degraded that homosexual sodomy unions in certain states of the Union are accepted by all levels of government . . .
. . . what is desperately needed is an efficient and discreet catalyst offering the opportunity for decently-attired younger Christian women past puberty (aged 15 to 35 years old) to become available for acquisition and deployment as permanent-marital-relationship concubines to already-married Christian men (past puberty, age 16 to 76+) seeking an additional, non-State-registered, common-law-concubine spouse for permanent marital relationship with such.
Such, under present American law, is not to be considered "polygamy," because any such concubine here in America now in 2014 and beyond would legally still be regarded as a 'Single' in terms of government identification and registration pertaining to such financially-related phenomena as Social Security, the IRS, and so forth.
That does not mean that a non-government-sponsored Christian marriage ceremony with choice Christian witnesses cannot take place between a genuinely-Christian older man and his young-adult authentically-Christian concubine. It does require, however, that no State Marriage License be involved nor signed, as was the case during the 18th, 19th, and early part of the 20th century in the United States.
Currently, of course, an Arab or African sheik or chief bringing his harem of wives into this country is not required by American law to desert, disown, nor divorce any of those women in his privately-owned marital flock.
Hence, the novel presence of this Christian Concubine Connexxxion.
Perhaps one of the best ways for an older already-happily-married man to somewhat-secretly solicit a targeted personal-vehicle-owning, specific-local church-attending, and perhaps yet-available young Christian woman who has been under his casual surveillance in that same local-church parking lot (and who, by web-surfing chance, word-of-mouth, direct or indirect advertisement, etc.) has come to know of this Christian Concubine Connexxxion via the internet (as, for example, at http://cdccmn2.tripod.com or http://cdcv.tripod.com) is for that man to (without her nor a parking-lot security guard observing) place an envelope (on which he has printed the last three alpha-numeric-ID characters of his license plate preceded by three dots, such as " . . . XVF, which envelope contains a copy of the CCC Bible Quiz) under her vehicle's windshield wiper or dropped on her driver's seat through the slightly-opened-for-ventilation vehicle window on a very warm day.
Assuming the young lady is broadminded enough to be curious about the obstruction under her windshield wiper, carefully remove it, read the license-plate ID imprinted on the envelope, open the envelope, read it, and answer the questions with an orthodox Biblical perspective, realize that she is being solicited as a potential concubine candidate by some so-far anonymous man, and considers herself thus-far-available to cautiously follow up accordingly, she herself can then engage in parking-lot reconnaissance then or very soon thereafter and commence surveillance of her own as to who apparently owns a vehicle with that aforementioned alpha-numeric ID (such as " . . . XVF).
If, then when, she discovers the vehicle, observes who the man is who gets inside that vehicle, and decides to proceed to ascertain more about him, she can then, very soon, place her completely-filled-in CCC Bible Quiz copy along with a blank copy of this website-obtained CCC Bible Quiz inside an envelope upon which she has imprinted her complete six-character (or whatever) license-plate ID, and (without been spotted or interfered with by any parking-lot security guard) put that under the windshield wiper (or slightly-opened driver's-side window) of the targeted man's vehicle.
When the older man sees her envelope under on or within his vehicle, he (as soon as possible) fills it out with Scripturally-congruent answers, places it along with a blank CCC Mate-Exam Questionnaire inside an envelope on which he has imprinted his complete six-character (or whatever) license-plate ID, and places it under her vehicle's windshield wiper or through the slightly-opened driver's side window of her vehicle.
When the teen-or-older woman (neither "minor" nor "major") discovers that, opens the envelope, reads his CCC Bible Quiz answers, and observes the detailed personal questions in the CCC Mate-Exam Questionnaire, she should promptly take one of two options:
(1) observe when the who owns his license-plate-ID'd vehicle is about to get into his vehicle, walk over to that man, and ask him to let her into his vehicle so she can acknowledge his careful, friendly, polite, honorable, and discreet solicitation for her, then discuss possible answers with her to the CCC Bible Quiz Questionnaire he put on or in her vehicle, or

May Christ Jesus bless you with eventual success."
Purchase of, then consistently wearing (when in public), a "friendship" or "purity" ring on the 4th finger of the left hand of the concubine-to-be is optional and perhaps recommended so she is not solicited by any other man.

There are many factors involved in making onesself available as a concubine candidate, actually becoming a concubine, searching for a suitable concubine to acquire and possess, and actually soliciting and accepting a teen-or-older eligible as one's privately-owned, chaste-and-faithful, personal concubine.
One of those things to take into consideration is parental reaction, or that of brothers and sisters and other kinfolk who might initially misunderstand and somewhat persecute the concubine and her marital male partner they have no ownership of and no legal right to stalk, harass, detain, nor report to law-enforcement officers. There is also the possibility of experiencing disdain of accusatory employers and friends concocting questionable-reputation gossip and prejudicially initiating disassociative segregation, and so on. Another thing is potential production and management of birthed children relating to identification, schooling, and relation of those children to the State and its social-worker agencies.
However, it is not unheard of nowadays for children to reside in one-parent homes, such as those wherein a widow or widower resides, or a non-remarried divorced parent. Frequently, even welfare benefits for housing and food are given to such people.
It is also not unusual for particularly a cohabitational woman not legally married to some man to continue to identify herself with her maiden name, and even for a divorced woman to resort back to her maiden name, or have a legally-registered hyphenated last name or non-registered nickname or alias. Thus, a concubine can identify herself with her original first name, her not-legally-married husband's name as her middle name, and her original maiden last name . . . and tell the State to regard her as a 'single' person "in a complicated permanent relationship."
A concubine is not an adulterizing nor fornicating "mistress," nor a prostitute nor whore nor slut nor harlot. She is not "having an affair" but is instead is respectably forever cemented into in a lower-status-than-legal-wife permanent marital relationship with an honorable already-happily-married-with-someone-else man, who might or might not convey or disclose (as much as possible) to his primary wife the existence of his possibly-covert concubine.
Such certainly is preferable to secretly adulterizing or fornicating or sodomizing or funding masseuse/escort prostitutes, or lusting at covertly-obtained-and-retained pornography of all types. And I won't even further consider same-gender pseudo-"marriage" lust-not-love homosodomizing of homoqueers.
A true and genuine Christian is one who has non-conditionally and totally surrendered to their Lord and Master Jesus Christ, believes and professes that He expects and requires perfect 24/7 obedience to all of His moral laws without qualifications, and if they do not so accommodate and comply they will burn in Hell forever, and consequentially they fear, respect, and love their Creator Him without forced coercion with the own free will, rightly considering Him "the only game in town."
In stark contrast, a pseudo-"christian" neither believes nor declares that God non-conditionally demands absolute perfection and 24/7 obedience by and from them without any qualifications. The atoning sacrifice of Christ on a cross does not and never will apply to such who claim the grace of God but actually use it as an license-to-sin excuse to commit a little evil now and then because of their worship-themselves-as-god non-willingness to give up every one of their idols of whatever types and their compromising refusal to displease their demonic worldly friends in their lying self-deceived and self-deluded, cross-of-Christ-despising, egotistical-self-esteem self-importance and anti-authority rebelliousness.
